Yes. When onboarding with ReturnPilot, simply sign-in to your Shippo account, and ReturnPilot will use that account.
At this time, ReturnPilot does not offer the option of using another provider for rate fetching and shipping label creation.
ReturnPilot operates on a pay-as-you-go pricing model. You are only charged when a customer initiates a return.
When this occurs, you pay for the shipping label and carrier service (billed via your Shippo account).
You also pay a small transaction fee that ReturnPilot charges in order to maintain the service.
Absolutely. Indeed, after creating your Shippo account one of the first things you should do is select your desired carriers through your Shippo account.
At this time, ReturnPilot does not support shipping between countries owing to the complexity of documentation, tariffs and duties that may be imposed.
Yes, you can add orders from the 'orders' section of your account. It functions the same way as an automated integration, including automatic sending of return links.

Absolutely. You can use our CSV tool to bulk import up to 50,000 products. When using a storefront plugin, products will be automatically imported for each order they are part of.
